Encompass Early Education and Care, Inc. provides nationally recognized, high quality education and care for children which will impact our future for generations.

Encompass Early Education & Care, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization providing education and care for children in Brown County with a commitment to compassion, quality, and advocacy. Established in 1919 as Green Bay Day Nursery, Encompass operates eight licensed child care locations in Green Bay and DePere. Encompass is a United Way agency, and four of the centers benefit from United Way funding. Seven of the Encompass centers are nationally accredited and the eighth center is in the review process. In partnership with the community, Encompass programs and child care facilities serve over 900 children each day. Encompass has a long history of providing quality child care and education for children and outreach to families.
