In March 2008, Service League of Green Bay distributed 17 financial gifts totaling $35,000 to the area agencies listed below.  Gifts were awarded that addressed critical care and enrichment needs for the children of Brown County.

Prevention Program for preschool age children

Cerebral Palsy, Inc
NEW Community Clinic
Provides prescription medications for uninsured children

Center for Childhood Safety

Safety Town Camp

Brown County Human Services
PALS Program

America’s Second Harvest of Wisconsin

Provides meals and fresh produce to low-income children at five Green Bay schools

Salvation Army, Shoe & Boot Program

Provides 250 children with new shoes and boots each year

The Volunteer Center of Brown County

“Reading Coaches for Kids” program

Aspiro
Early Intervention and Positive Parenting

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin
Smart Parenting Course Program

Brown County Child Protection Intake

Helps meet basic needs of children to allow them to stay at home or with relatives

Howe Neighborhood Family Resource Center

Children's Promise

Teaching bully prevention skills to 6th grade students

Special Olympics WI – Northeast Area
Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin
Coming Home Project

Summer activities for severely handicapped children

 Service League of Green Bay, Wisconsin is a charitable organization whose purpose is to meet physical, educational and emotional needs of the children of Brown County by providing volunteer hours and financial support.
