Community Gifts

In January 2011, Service League of Green Bay was proud to distribute financial gifts totaling $13,000 to the community agencies listed below. 

Gifts were awarded that addressed critical care and enrichment needs for the children of Brown County.

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin

Funding for their site-based lunch program that serves thousands of our community's children each moth. 

CASA of Brown County, Inc.

Recruit, screen, train and supervise volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in Brown County. 

Children's Promise

Support bully prevention training for bus drivers and classroom facilitators, ensuring students make non-violent choices

Feeding America NE Wisconsin

Provide approximately 5,000 meals for children at two Boys & Girls Clubs—most often their only hot meal of the day.

Prevent Blindness of WI

Funding for their pre-school visioning screening program.

Salvation Army, Shoe & Boot Program

Provides children with new shoes and boots each year

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If your organization is interested in our grant based Community Gifts program,

please view our Information Sheet and Proposal Form.

Applications will be accepted during the period of June 1st-October 1st each year.

All applications must be postmarked by October 1st (no exceptions).
