Service League Holds Annual Charity Ball

and Presents Student Volunteer of the Year Award

December 1, 2008 – A Green Bay tradition was continued with style on Saturday, November 29, 2008 when Service League of Green Bay held their annual Charity Ball at Oneida Golf and Country Club.

Service League Event Chair Jana Graf and Associate Co-Chair Cathy Riordan put on a wonderful evening in honor of Service League Associate members and their graduating seniors. Caitlin Linehan, daughter of Kim and Dr. Daniel Linehan of Green Bay, was presented with the first ever Service League Educational Grant for volunteer service in honor of her exceptional commitment to volunteerism. The featured guest speaker was Ms. Alison Draheim from the Green Bay public schools, speaking on giving back to the community and the importance of volunteerism.
